Named the Wine Cathedral, it houses a tasting room, a terrace with panoramic views of the vineyards, a barrel cellar, and a vat room. According to Silvio Denz, the objective of this new cellar is to constantly seek quality in wines, at all stages of production, using state-of-the-art technologies.
