Delivery Policy

 We deliver worldwide. 

Your package is shipped from France.

The average delivery time for your order is 24 to 72 hours, but it may be longer depending on political events (strikes, etc.).

Our policy is that if your package has not arrived 14 days after the order, we will resend it free of charge or give you a 100% refund. However, this happens very rarely. 

Excluding subscription boxes which are shipped on the 15th and 30th of each month. 

If a product arrives damaged, we will resend it at our expense. Simply prove this by sending a photo to contact@selectio.fr.
