Payment Policy

When you place an order on our site, your card is debited in EUR immediately and not at the time of shipment.

If you wish to obtain a refund, you can do so by contacting us at contact@selectio.fr; you have 24 hours after placing your order to do so.

A refund takes between 3 and 5 business days to return to your account. If you used PayPal, the refund is immediate.
