Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring efficient delivery of your orders. However, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their availability to receive the order upon delivery.

In case of absence when the delivery person calls and if the package is returned to a relay point, the customer has 7 days to collect their package from the designated relay point. After this period, if the package has not been collected, it will automatically be returned to our warehouses.

In this case, the customer will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 80% of the order amount. The refund will be made using the original payment method as soon as possible.

If the customer wishes us to reship the product, they will have to place a new order on our site. We reserve the right to charge additional reshipment fees.

We decline all responsibility for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other event beyond our control.

Return Policy

For any return or exchange request, please refer to our return policy available on our website. Returned products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, and accompanied by their original packaging.

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve any issues related to delivery or products as quickly as possible.

Are you unsatisfied with your item? No problem, you can return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a 100% refund. Our return address is in France at the following address:

Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for the money to return to your account after the refund. If you ordered via Paypal, it is immediate.

We will issue the refund upon receipt of proof of shipment of the package; you do not have to wait for us to receive the item.
