The production of Deutz Brut Rosé Champagne

Brut Rosé is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (90%) and Chardonnay (10%), sourced from the best crus in the Champagne region. A portion of the Pinot Noir is vinified as red wine, providing remarkable structure and aromatic intensity. This champagne is produced using traditional methods, with fermentation in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and elegance of the grapes. After extended lees aging, the Brut Rosé develops a fine and persistent effervescence, characteristic of the Deutz style.
