Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is characterized by a beautiful pale yellow color with golden and green reflections. The effervescence is fine and persistent.

Nose
On the nose, the bouquet is intense, revealing aromas of fresh fruits such as citrus and exotic fruits like pineapple. After aeration, floral aromas emerge with notes of linden, followed by white peach.

Palate
On the palate, the attack is smooth. This Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is round and harmonious on the tongue. It envelops the palate with its voluptuous texture supported by a beautiful freshness. The finish is mineral.

Winemaking and Aging

The vineyard

This Ruinart Blanc de Blancs mainly comes from prestigious Champagne terroirs, namely the Premiers Crus of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Their aromatic finesse is combined with the roundness of the Sézannais crus and the freshness of the Vesle valley.

Vinification and aging

After manual harvesting, the berries undergo a first fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This is followed by malolactic fermentation.

Blending

Made exclusively from Chardonnay from different vintages, this exceptional bottle is presented in an elegant Ruinart box.
